I would like to inform you of the exceptional service provided by Jason Reynolds from your Darwin office.

We had a pick up from Darwin yesterday and Jason attended to check the stock we had to go.(27 pallets).

I was up from Melbourne to help clear out our Darwin warehouse. The forklift they had there was one which I had never used before and Jason helped with me finding a person who would be able to help with a standard forklift.

Jason’s professionalism and patience over 3 trips to our warehouse is a credit to him.

Border Express is very lucky to have a person like Jason as a part of your team.

Good Morning
I am sending you this to advise you, that a BIG THANK YOU, to all the staff at Borders Express. They are all helpful, polite, respectful, and considerate.
The professionalism in which they carry out their duties, is a credit to them all, and your company.
Please inform them all, from Michael Kalleske, Kim Hillier, Katherine Dodd, Mark Ferretti, Samantha and Debbie, and all the rest of the staff I deal with, really do a great job.

Thank You to all staff, from managers to truck drivers, for being good people to work and deal with.

At 8 pm last night Mars advised us that their production would stop unless a 1000 kg bulka 100580 Guar Gum FH was in the factory by the morning.

A bulka was ready for Friday delivery at Propharma, so we had product - now the challenge is how to get it onto the overnight truck to Wodonga.

At 9pm - Would Border Express accept it at the Clayton depot if Propharma can deliver it ? Unfortunately the Clayton depot had loaded the truck that leaves from that depot and it is now at Derrimut about to leave at 10:30 pm.

After a number of phone calls to Border Express and with the cooperation of a number of known and unknown people there including Chris, Bob and Shayne it was agreed that the truck would wait until 11 pm, if Propharma could get it there by then.

So the ute and trailer were loaded and we made it through the Westgate Bridge road works to Derrimut by 10:45pm. The truck had been re-organised to take the pallet which was loaded from our trailer, curtains closed and ready to roll.

Many thanks to all at Border Express for their cheerful cooperation which made it possible to get the delivery on the overnight transport

Many thanks to the Propharma team (including the driver of the ute, we got back after midnight) for responding to afterhours calls.

Julian was not only kind enough to ring me back late last night to confirm the stock was leaving Sydney, he went the extra step of emailing you guys to advise of its urgency and that I would be collecting it first thing this morning.
