My thanks and appreciation to your team for the delivery of peroxide that we needed to keep our factory operating today. Julian was not only kind enough to ring me back late last night to confirm the stock was leaving Sydney, he went the extra step of emailing you guys to advise of its urgency and that I would be collecting it first thing this morning.

It meant that Joe Geradi knew I was coming in even before I rang him, and the stock was sitting there ready to go. You made it easy. Not only have you looked after us as your customer, you have helped look after my customer. Thank you very much."
