Border Express FreightSafe Warranty Opt Out Form

I would like to OPT OUT of the optional paid add-on FreightSafe Warranty being applied to my consignments.

Accordingly, I acknowledge and agree that once this opt-out is processed:

Any consignments booked after the date this opt-out request is received will not have the FreightSafe Warranty applied;
I will not be entitled to make any claim under the FreightSafe Warranty in the event that my goods are lost or damaged during transit; and
My freight service will continue on the same terms and conditions and rates, excluding the FreightSafe Warranty and the additional associated per consignment charge, which will no longer apply.

I confirm that I have read and understood the above, and that I sign this acknowledgement voluntarily as an authorised representative of the company.
