Acquisition by Singapore Post, FMH Group - A New Chapter of Growth

Border Express is thrilled to announce a monumental milestone in their journey – the completion of the acquisition by Freight Management Holdings Pty Ltd (FMH Group), a subsidiary of Singapore Post! This exciting development comes after the finalisation of the conditional sale and purchase agreement on March 1, 2024.

From their humble beginnings in Albury with just four dedicated staff members back in 1981, Border Express has grown into a national powerhouse. Today, they proudly boast a presence across every state and territory in Australia, employing a team of 1,700 staff and contractors. As they now join forces with FMH Group, they stand on the cusp of an exciting new chapter filled with growth and opportunity.
