Moving Forward as One: BagTrans and Spectrum Transport transition to Border Express

From 16 October 2025, BagTrans and Spectrum Transport (Spectrum) will transition to Border Express, bringing our people, systems, and services together under one brand.

A Stronger, More Connected Network

Since FMH Group’s acquisition of Border Express in 2024, we’ve been working closely with BagTrans and Spectrum to align our operations.

These acquisitions mark the culmination of that work, unifying our expertise, capabilities, and networks to deliver a stronger, more connected service for our customers.

A Seamless Transition for Customers

To ensure a smooth transition during our busiest period, the integration is being rolled out in phases.

Our team is working closely with customers and suppliers to make this evolution as smooth as possible, with dedicated support in place as we migrate systems:

• Phase 1 – October 2025: BagTrans customers, employees, and suppliers have now joined Border Express.
• Phase 2 – March 2026: Customer service and operational systems will be fully migrated to Border Express, with further process improvements to follow. The BagTrans brand will be retired as the integration is completed.

What This Means for Customers

As we move forward together as one entity, customers can look forward to:

• Smarter systems – enhanced tracking, visibility and reporting through Border Express’ technology platforms.
• An expanded offering – a new service will join Border Express’ established Parcel and Pallet Express network.
• Consistent standards – one brand, one system, and the same reliable service experience across every delivery channel.
